Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on orders of $99 or more within the United States. Orders under $99 will have shipping calculated at checkout.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received and confirmed. During high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer.
Delivery Time
After processing, delivery typically takes 7–14 business days. All orders are fully insured and shipped via established carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS).
Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Restrictions
- Domestic only: We currently ship within the United States only.
- Single address: Each order can only be shipped to one address. For multiple delivery locations, please place separate orders.
Business Closures
Our store and shipping operations are closed on Mondays, weekends (for processing), and the following holidays: New Year's Day, MLK Jr. Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
