Return Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of the date you received your order.

Eligibility

To qualify for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and unworn
  • In its original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Final Sale Items (No Returns)

  • Strung rackets (custom stringing jobs)
  • Clearance items

Fees

  • Return shipping: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Restocking fee: A 10% restocking fee applies to all returns.

How to Initiate a Return

Contact us at info@btracketsports.com or call (657)-217-5432 to request a return. Once approved, you have 7 days to ship the item back to us.

In-Store Returns

Online purchases may be returned at our Fullerton store location, and in-store purchases may be returned by mail. The same conditions and fees apply.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the original item following the process above, then place a new order. Standard return fees (return shipping + 10% restocking) apply to the original item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include a photo or video of the issue. Once confirmed, we will cover return shipping and provide a replacement or full refund.

If you received the wrong item, contact us immediately with a photo. We will ship the correct item and provide a prepaid return label for the wrong item.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 48 hours, standard return policies apply. If your item is backordered and has not yet shipped, you may cancel at any time for a full refund.

Refund Processing

Refund requests are reviewed within 2 business days. Once approved, funds are returned to your original payment method and typically appear within 3–5 business days, depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Partial refunds may apply in cases where the restocking fee or return shipping costs are deducted, or if items are returned with missing packaging or signs of use.

Gifts

Gift returns are not accepted. Gift exchanges may be possible in-store only with proof of purchase.
